Terms of Service
By accessing wamims.international, the WAMIMS app, Studio, Watch, or Brands & Sponsors portals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The service
WAMIMS provides tools for social-impact storytelling, campaigns, community Votes/support features, creator Studio tools, and brand partnership workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- One account may work across the app, Watch, and Studio where enabled.
- Brand portal accounts are for business partners and are separate from staff Admin access.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, break law, or harm other users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal content, harass others, spam, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate Votes fraudulently, or misuse payment/proof flows. Organization and brand claims must be truthful.
4. Content ownership
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant WAMIMS a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have rights to the media you upload.
5. Campaigns, Votes & Bolts
Support tokens (Votes / Bolts) and campaign fundraising features are product mechanics inside WAMIMS. They are not investment products. Community fund amounts shown on Spotlight events are typed/managed by WAMIMS operations and are not automatic AdSense payouts to users.
6. Brand sponsorships
Brand requests, invoices, and payment proofs are reviewed by WAMIMS. Approval of a sponsorship or Spotlight event is at our discretion and may require additional verification.
7. Advertising
Public pages may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Ads help keep Watch and company pages available. We are not responsible for third-party advertiser websites.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAMIMS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access for Terms violations or risk to the community.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where WAMIMS operates its primary business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
