End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wamims International UK Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Wamims mobile application and any related services.

 

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

 

1. License Grant

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

3. User Account

 

Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

 

- Providing accurate information.

- Keeping your login credentials secure.

- All activities that occur under your account.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

 

4. Orders and Payments

 

If the App allows purchases:

 

- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

- Prices may change without prior notice.

- You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

- Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our applicable policies.

 

5. Addresses and Delivery

 

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

6. Wishlist and Cart

 

Items added to your cart or wishlist do not guarantee availability or pricing. Products may become unavailable or change in price before purchase.

 

7. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

 

- Use the App for unlawful purposes.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law.

- Distribute malware or harmful code.

- Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

The App, including its software, design, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, and content, is owned by or licensed to Wamims International UK Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

 

9. User Content

 

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the App.

 

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

 

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The App includes tools to report any content or user and to block abusive users. Our moderation team reviews all reports and acts on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and, where warranted, terminating the account of the offending user.

 

10. Privacy

 

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

11. Third-Party Services

 

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

 

12. Updates

 

We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

 

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wamims International UK Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

 

15. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wamims International UK Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.

 

16. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that may harm us or other users.

 

Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.

 

17. Changes to this Agreement

 

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 

18. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
