Terms and Conditions for Wamims

Welcome to Wamims!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wamims mobile application (the "App"), a social media platform where users can watch short reels, earn Bolts, and donate them to approved charitable projects. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
By using Wamims, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country)

You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms

You are not located in a country that is subject to a UK or EU government embargo
-
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
-
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
-
Notify us immediately at support@wamims.com if you suspect unauthorized access
-
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms
3. The Bolt System
3.1 Earning Bolts

Bolts are in-app credits earned by watching reels, engaging with content, and participating in platform activities
-
The rate of earning Bolts is determined by Wamims and may change at any time
-
Bolts are earned on a first-in, first-out basis and are subject to daily, weekly, or monthly limits as specified in the App
-
Bolts earned have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users
3.2 Bolt Balance

Your Bolt balance is displayed in the App and updated in real-time
-
We maintain records of all Bolt transactions. In case of discrepancy, our records shall prevail
-
Inactive accounts may have Bolt balances forfeited after [12 months] of inactivity, with notice provided to the email on record
4. Donations
4.1 Eligible Projects
Bolts can only be donated to projects that have been pre-approved by Wamims, including:

Animal care and welfare NGOs
-
Student education fees and educational supplies
-
Feeding programs for underprivileged communities
-
Other verified charitable causes as listed in the App
4.2 Donation Process

Users select a project from the approved list and donate their Bolts
-
All donations are final and non-refundable
-
Once donated, Bolts cannot be returned to your account or redirected to another project
-
Donations are recorded and visible in your donation history
4.3 Project Verification

We vet all recipient organizations before listing them
-
We may require documentation from recipients to verify fund usage
-
We reserve the right to remove any project from the platform at any time
4.4 No Cash Value
Bolts are for philanthropic purposes only. Users cannot:

Exchange Bolts for cash
-
Request cash payouts of Bolt balances
-
Transfer Bolts to other users for cash or consideration
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:

Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content
-
Harass or bully other users
-
Impersonate any person or entity
-
Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
-
Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Bolt earning system
-
Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to earn Bolts
-
Create multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits
-
Solicit other users for money or personal information
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bolts.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you post on Wamims (reels, comments, etc.).
6.2 License to Wamims
By posting content, you grant Wamims a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Host, store, and display your content within the App

Use your content for promotional purposes (with notice)
-
Modify content as necessary for technical operation
6.3 Content Screening
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor user content. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 App Ownership
The Wamims App, including its code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Wamims and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
7.2 User Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without compensation.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment processors, project partner sites). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms

Fraudulent or illegal activity
-
Behavior that harms other users or the platform
-
Extended inactivity
Upon termination:

Your right to access the App ceases immediately
-
Your Bolt balance may be forfeited
-
We may retain certain information as required by law
You may delete your account at any time through App settings or by contacting support@wamims.com.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAMIMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR TRANSMISSIONS

CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED £100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wamims harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any law or third-party right

Content you post
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through the following process:

Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@wamims.com to resolve the issue

Arbitration: If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in London, England, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wamims regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
